Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be allowed through the website.

Return/Exchange is available only for selected Copper Premium Mugs and Copper Bottles.
Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.
Refund Policy:
Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
Damaged or dented product received
Wrong item delivered
Manufacturing defect
Once the returned product is picked up and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.
Important Notes for Return:
Copper products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original packaging, box, and tags must be intact.
Products showing signs of usage, scratches, oxidation due to use, or improper handling will not be accepted.
Natural color variation or minor surface marks in copper are normal and are not considered defects.
Customized or engraved copper products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
